Sample Orders, Policies & Services – Beauty Instruments

At Streme Impex, we ensure a smooth and transparent process for ordering high-quality beauty instruments. Our policies are designed to support customers with fairness, trust, and professional service.

Sample Order Policy

All sample orders for beauty instruments are charged in advance, including shipping and handling costs. However, we provide a special benefit — the same value of the sample can be adjusted in your first bulk order.

In many cases, sample charges may be waived after the first confirmed order, depending on order quantity. Please note that freight charges are always paid by the customer.

Sample production usually takes about one week, but timing may vary depending on design complexity, quantity, and specifications.

Order Policy

All prices are based on F.O.B (Free on Board) Streme Impex, Sialkot – Pakistan. Shipping, freight, and handling charges depend on the volume and destination of the order.

The minimum order quantity is 100 pieces per style (mix sizes and colors are allowed).

Orders are accepted based on article numbers listed on our website, catalog, or brochures. We also manufacture custom designs and samples in a short time frame. All customer-specific designs are kept strictly confidential.

Payment Policy

Our standard payment terms include advance payment or L/C at sight. For orders below EURO 4000, advance payment is required to avoid additional banking or processing charges for both parties.

Client Privacy

We respect and protect our clients’ designs and business information. Custom samples, drawings, and specifications provided by customers are used strictly for production purposes.

We can also sign written agreements with special clients to ensure that their designed products are manufactured exclusively for them, maintaining full confidentiality.

Warranty

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects only. In such cases, the product will be repaired or replaced according to applicable terms and conditions.

Shipment Methods

We use reliable shipping methods to deliver beauty instruments safely and efficiently worldwide. Transit time depends on the selected shipping mode and destination, excluding weekends and public holidays.
